3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in INR (₹).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • A flat delivery charge of ₹70 is applied to all orders.

  • Orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen situations.

5. Order Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

  • Orders may be canceled only before dispatch.

  • If a product is out of stock after ordering, a full refund will be issued.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in case of a genuine issue (damaged, defective, or wrong product).

  • No returns for size issues or change of mind.

  • Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after verification of the returned product.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
